Promotional Period

The Bayside Motors Ltd Halloween Sale runs from 19 October 2026 to 2 November 2026, inclusive.

To qualify for either Halloween offer, customers must agree to purchase an eligible vehicle during this promotional period.

The full outstanding purchase balance must be paid by 2 November 2026. Payment of a deposit alone does not qualify a customer for the promotion.

Vehicles may be collected after the promotional period, provided the purchase was agreed and payment completed within the specified dates.

Vehicles reserved, or purchases agreed, before 19 October 2026 are excluded from the promotion, including where a deposit has already been paid.

2. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

The Bayside Motors Ltd Halloween Sale applies only to eligible vehicles owned and sold directly by Bayside Motors Ltd during the promotional period.

Vehicles advertised on a sale-or-return basis, or sold on behalf of private individuals or third parties, are excluded from both Halloween offers.

All eligible vehicles must be available for sale during the promotional period.

The promotion applies to vehicles across our eligible stock, regardless of their advertised selling price.

3. £500 VEHICLE DISCOUNT

Customers purchasing an eligible vehicle during the Halloween promotional period without a part exchange will receive a £500 discount from the vehicle's advertised selling price.

The £500 discount applies to all eligible Bayside Motors Ltd vehicles, regardless of their advertised selling price.

The discount will be deducted directly from the advertised purchase price and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The £500 discount cannot be combined with the Halloween part-exchange offer, any other promotion, additional discount or previously agreed price reduction.

Customers must complete payment of the full outstanding purchase balance by 2 November 2026 to qualify.

4. PART-EXCHANGE ALLOWANCES

During the Halloween promotional period, customers purchasing an eligible vehicle from Bayside Motors Ltd may qualify for a promotional part-exchange allowance.

Vehicles with at least six months' MOT remaining:

Customers will receive a minimum part-exchange allowance of £800, provided their vehicle meets all promotional eligibility requirements.

Vehicles with less than six months' MOT remaining:

Customers will receive a minimum part-exchange allowance of £500, provided their vehicle meets all promotional eligibility requirements.

Vehicles worth more than the promotional allowance:

If Bayside Motors Ltd assesses a part-exchange vehicle as having a trade-in value higher than the applicable promotional minimum, the customer will be offered the higher valuation.

All part-exchange vehicles are subject to inspection and acceptance by Bayside Motors Ltd.

The agreed part-exchange allowance will be deducted directly from the purchase price of the vehicle being purchased.

Part-exchange allowances cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused allowance will not be refunded.

The promotional part-exchange offer cannot be combined with the £500 vehicle discount or any other promotional discount.

5. PART-EXCHANGE VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the Halloween promotional part-exchange allowance, the vehicle being traded in must meet all the following requirements:

Vehicle Ownership

• The customer must be the registered keeper and have owned the vehicle for at least three months.
• The customer must have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
• The vehicle must be free from outstanding finance, ownership disputes or third-party claims.

Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle must be fully roadworthy, start, run and drive without known faults.
• The vehicle must be driven into Bayside Motors Ltd under its own power.
• The vehicle must have no known mechanical, electrical or safety faults.
• The vehicle must have no known damage.
• There must be no dashboard warning lights indicating faults.
• Vehicles previously recorded as insurance write-offs are excluded.

Documentation and Keys

• A valid V5C registration certificate must be provided.
• All available vehicle keys must be supplied.
• The vehicle identification number (VIN) and registration details must match the documentation.
• The vehicle must have a valid MOT certificate where required by law.

Inspection and Acceptance

All part-exchange vehicles are subject to inspection by Bayside Motors Ltd before acceptance.

Bayside Motors Ltd reserves the right to refuse a part-exchange vehicle that does not meet the promotional eligibility requirements.

6. PART-EXCHANGE VALUATIONS & ACCEPTANCE

Vehicle Valuations

All part-exchange vehicles will be assessed individually by Bayside Motors Ltd.

The valuation will consider the vehicle's age, mileage, condition, service history, MOT status and current market value.

Where a vehicle meets all promotional eligibility requirements, Bayside Motors Ltd will offer the applicable minimum part-exchange allowance of £800 or £500.

If the vehicle's assessed trade-in value exceeds the applicable promotional minimum, the higher valuation will be offered.

Inspection and Acceptance

All part-exchange offers are subject to a satisfactory vehicle inspection.

Bayside Motors Ltd may decline a part-exchange vehicle that does not meet the promotional requirements or where information provided about its condition, ownership or history is inaccurate.

Part-Exchange Payments

The agreed part-exchange value will be deducted directly from the purchase price of the vehicle being purchased.

Part-exchange allowances cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the agreed allowance exceeds the purchase price, no unused balance will be paid to the customer.

7. GENERAL PROMOTIONAL CONDITIONS

Combining Offers

The Halloween £500 vehicle discount and promotional part-exchange allowances are separate offers and cannot be combined.

Neither offer can be combined with other promotions, additional discounts or previously agreed price reductions.

Existing Reservations

Vehicles reserved or purchased before 19 October 2026 are excluded from the Halloween promotion.

Customers who paid a deposit before the promotional period cannot retrospectively claim either Halloween offer.

Payment and Collection

The full outstanding purchase balance must be paid by 2 November 2026.

Payment of a deposit alone does not qualify a customer for the promotion.

Vehicles may be collected after 2 November 2026, provided the purchase was agreed and full payment completed during the promotional period.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a vehicle purchase is cancelled, any refund will be calculated according to the amount actually paid, subject to the customer's statutory rights.

Halloween discounts have no separate cash value.

Where a cancelled transaction involves a part-exchange vehicle, the return of that vehicle or any applicable financial adjustment will be handled according to the circumstances and relevant consumer law.

Customer Rights

Nothing in these promotional Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts customers' statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Promotional Availability

All offers are subject to eligible vehicle availability.

Bayside Motors Ltd may amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting qualifying purchases already agreed or customers' statutory rights. Any changes will be clearly communicated.
